Furthermore, each passing day witnesses the loss of approximately 810 women due to preventable causes related to maternal health. These heart-wrenching tragedies disproportionately afflicts underserved regions, underscoring the critical necessity for accessible healthcare.
Doctor Didi is a humble effort of like-minded healthcare professionals, to make a major dent in the above number.

Founder of Doctor Didi Network, Naaz Memon is a Student of Medicine (MBBS) at NHL Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. Born & raised in Houston, Texas this Cowgirl turned into “Kutch & Kaathiawaar ni dikri” (Daughter of Gujarat) when she moved back to India to take care of her grandparents. Currently doing active research in AI/ML and its impact on Medicine, Naaz is a Technologist, Activist and a Researcher at Heart.
“As I delved into researching Large Language Models, I became acutely aware of the profound impact technology is poised to make on healthcare. This presented an opportunity to democratize access to healthcare services. So I reached out and rallied like-minded people and got a tremendous response - and ‘poof’ - just like that... DoctorDidi was born” says Naaz Memon when asked about why & how she started it.
She is an avid reader and counts trekking, skiing and snorkeling with her family as her favorite activities.
